Getting started

  1. Point your client at irc.cosmicirc.com on port 6697 with TLS enabled.
  2. Register your nickname so it's yours: /msg NickServ REGISTER <password> <email>
  3. Identify on connect, or use SASL so your client logs in automatically.
  4. Join the conversation — you'll land in the main channel and can explore from there.
